For those that missed the March Club meeting, we are planning a weekend trip to Bowling Green, KY for an unveiling ceremony of Don Smith's brick at the National Corvette Museum and a Tour of the GM Corvette Factory.

The trip is planned for May 22-24 which is a Saturday through Monday.

Here are the details so far:

****** Most Important: I have provisionally reserved 15 rooms at the Days Inn in Bowling Green for the nights of May 22 and 23. If you are planning to go then please call and go ahead and reserve your room. They will hold them until May 1. Just tell them you're with "Carolina Corvettes". If you are only staying one night then please tell them that as well. If you could also let me know that you're planning to attend I would appreciate it just so I have a head count for making reservations and so on. Thanks. E-mail Blair via this website here.

The Days Inn in Bowling Green phone number is 270-781-6470.   The Days Inn is giving us a 15% discount which makes the rooms for Saturday and Sunday $59.46 and $55.21 plus tax respectively. I believe the total with taxes for both nights was around $130. They also have rooms with two person hot tubs that they will honor the discount on so those would be approximately $72 plus tax per night.

Here is the tentative schedule for the weekend:
